"Why does the government keep talking about fast‑track courts instead of stopping examination paper leaks?" Mann said [1].
The Punjab House passed a resolution regarding the paper leaks during the session [2]. Mann said that the focus on judicial speed through fast-track courts does not solve the underlying problem of preventing the leaks from occurring in the first place.
Beyond the education crisis, Mann used the parliamentary session to raise concerns regarding energy and environmental policy [3]. He demanded a parliamentary debate on the E20 fuel issue, which involves the use of gasoline blended with 20 percent ethanol [3].
Mann's dual attack on the Centre targets both the administrative handling of student assessments and the technical implementation of fuel standards. He said that these issues require urgent national deliberation to prevent further systemic instability [3].
